Dr Annette Kezaabu, the Chairperson Pornography Control Committee who also doubles as the Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic Affairs for Kampala International University (KIU) has also joined the Miss Curvy talk.
While speaking about the newly launched beauty contest, Kezaabu has confessed that her committee will not allow the ‘buttocks competition’ to go on unless the organizer explains clearly what the whole idea of Miss Curvy is about.

“I think I fall in the bracket of curvy women, so I find it a lie when someone says that they are coming up with this Miss curvy contest to help women gain confidence in their curves,” Dr. Kezaabu said.
As the chairperson, Kezaabu added that the Pornography Control Committee has a role to preserve the country’s culture as she emphasized that they are not willing to sell their moral values for something like miss curvy.
