With the current rate at which unemployment is eating up Ugandans, everyone can do whatever it takes to jump on “working class”. A babe identified as Resty Asinde who is currently studying at Kyambogo university has decided to disrespect herself in order to get a job.
Asinde recorded a video requesting to get a job and sent it to Magic One, a fresh television under UBC management. Apparently Magic One has a presenters’ search promotion where people from different places have been sending in their video applications.
In Asinde’s video, she is seen introducing herself as someone who is not good looking or sexy but very desperate to get a job. “Hello there, I know am not sexy enough, I may not be good looking, I may not have all the things to become a presenter but I know I can present” Asinde revealed in this video.
Many things have started to change at Magic One since J Kazoora took over from Calvin da Entertainer as the channel’s manager. Actually, Kazoora moved out of his comfort zone as manager and appeared in the promo video for this ‘Presenters search’ contest and more other promotions for the station growing to sweep away Urban television.
