Three Makerere University students accused of murdering their colleague David Ojok are to re-appear in Court today.
The students are to appear before Buganda Road Court grade one magistrate Pamela Ocaya to know the stage of investigations in the case.
The three suspects currently on remand at Luzira prison are Ivan Mutungi, Marvin Atukwase and Derrick Wagooli.
Prosecution states that the students on the night of April 12th 2015 at Nkrumah Hall pounced on 25-year-old Ojok suspecting him to be a thief.
