- Must present equivalency certificates from UNEB, validating their foreign qualifications as equivalent to the above.
- Diploma Holders:
- Students with diplomas in a related field, scoring a minimum Class II Credit, may be eligible for credit exemptions after evaluation.
- HEC (Business/IT) Graduates:
- Graduates with Class II Credit or above from accredited universities will be considered based on prior achievements.
