On their journey to becoming another giant education institution in the country, Uganda Christian University (UCU) have unveiled two new computer laboratories which are set to be utilized by Computer Science and Information Technology students at the university’s main campus in Mukono.
We have further learned that the laboratories are housed inside the Noll Building (N Block) which is also found inside the university premises. The labs are already equipped with furniture and HP desktop computers and apparently, some students have already started putting them to good use.
Pictures of the laboratories were shared on the university’s official social media platforms ahead of the institution’s end of semester exams.
Speaking of reading books, Justice Catherine Bamugemerire advised UCU Law students to not only read books but to expand their horizons by reading other artistic books, writings and journals during her encounter with UCU Kampala campus students recently.
“Do not just read law books, but rather expand your horizons by reading other artistic books, writings and journals” Bamugemerire revealed while speaking at the Annual Law Symposium.
