As all Ugandan universities prepare to close in a bid to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, ISBAT University is however continuing with the learning process. ISBAT lecturers are set to continue teaching students through their Hybrid Blended Learning platform throughout this one-month closure period.
The hybrid blended learning platform; first of its kind in the region is a unique education philosophy that deals with holistic education with an all round development of personalities as well as empowering lives of every student.
The platform also ensures that learning is made simple and available 24/7 for developing skills to the expectation of potential employers.
More details indicate that students will be able to access education resources through a well-designed and Al (Artificial Intelligence) controlled app at their convenience. The application brings services to students on their finger tips and enables them to connect with classmates, teachers, mentors and parents.
The students will also be able to access online study materials, online tests, discussion forums, online assignment submissions and more academic related information required.
It should be recalled that President Museveni last evening ordered the closure of all universities and schools for 32 days. The directive takes effect tomorrow Friday April 20th in a bid to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus Pandemic, which had already surrounded the Pearl of Africa.
