The Guild president Islamic University in Uganda, Mugamba Shahali is pictured having a light moment with dwarf leaders, Lwanga Rashid Juma aka the little teacher (chairperson little people Luwero district) and the UK little people President professor Tom Sher Spears.
“Some people think the little people are of no value to society, curse, unable to work productively, not intelligent. This is still a challenge brought due to un-civilisation and negativity among other misconceptions and beliefs.” the little teacher told this website.
It seems the Mbale based University Student boss has grown fond with the dwarf leadership all over. He’s determination and self belief seems to be finally paying off. His victory as Guild president is still a fresh memory in everyone’s mind, just the other day we reported he had joined NRM, the future looks very bright for him and the sky doesn’t seem to be his limit.
The ‘little people’ yesterday met in Kampala to share Leadership and problems affecting the little people in Uganda today with the UK little people President professor Tom Sher.

“During the meeting, somebody actually challenged Shahali to take up a place in the little people’s leadership at the national level” narrated a shy ‘little’ lady who preferred anonymity.
