The Academic Registrar’s department at Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) has released the official date on which applicants who wish to join IUIU and other institutions on mature age entry will sit for their national aptitude test.
According to IUIU, the candidates will sit for the national aptitude test on Saturday 28th May 2022 at all IUIU campuses such as Mbale, Arua and Kampala.
Successful applicants will be admitted into undergraduate degree programmes through Mature Age Entry Examinations.
Interested candidates sit for the examinations at IUIU main campus (as a Centre for NCHE Eastern Region) before the beginning of an academic year.
Mature Age Certificate is valid up to two years from the date of issue. The eligible applicants must have passed the Aptitude test examination, set and marked by IUIU as mandated by NCHE, with 50% mark and above.
An applicant must be 22 years of age and above by the date of the aptitude test and candidates will be required to show proof of age based on valid documents such as National ID, passport, birth certificates.
