MBALE: A student of Islamic University in Uganda was conned off shs. 1,000,000 meant for his tuition. Ibrahim Faizal was on Tuesday intercepted by a man along Nabowa Street in Mbale Muncipality who enticed him to buy CORE i3 DELL Laptop. He later tricked him into depositing all his money with a woman at the entrance of one of the malls. Both the man and the woman with whom he had deposited the money later vanished.
