There was a mini strike At IUIU Kabojja Campus last evening. Students claimed that elections for the guild president were rigged in favour of Fatia Nabuuma LLB3. Supporters Of Shamim Kobusingye LLB2 surrounded the electoral officials With Sticks and demanded for a re election…The students sat down at the admin block{a form of a sit Down Strike}. Some girls even removed off their veils, defying the university code of conduct.
The students were also stopping cars from passing by lying down in front of them. . Fortunately, police were called to quell the mini strike that could have gotten out of hand
