After the myriads of promises that have been made to the Kyambogo non-teaching staff over the past months to pay their arrears and enhancements, the workers can’t take it anymore and have decided to lay down their tools.
Campus Bee’s Phillips Ayazika reports that the non-teaching staff at Uganda’s second public university have again this morning stormed and staged a demonstration infront of the university main building holding placards written exposing the ‘glaring corruption’ at tee public institution.
“The non-teaching staff claim there are people in the Senate who are conniving to swindle their monies. So they have decided to lay down their tools puzzling a lot of activities on campus including issuance of admission letters to freshers.
