Juma Wasswa Balunywa, son to former MUBS principal Prof. Waswa Balunywa, has ventured into tours and travel after failing to secure nomination to run as a guild presidential aspirant.
After being the internet’s favourite because of the exciting campaign style of his campaign manager MC Enricho, Balunywa failed to meet the nomination requirements and wasn’t nominated by the MUBS electoral commission.
Balunywa is said to have got a retake in his first year yet the electoral rules at MUBS bar anyone that has ever got a retake from contesting as a guild president.
The failure to have Balunywa nominated stirred up a storm on social media, and also left his father disappointed with the administration at MUBS.
The latest developments indicate that Balunywa has moved on to the next chapter and he is set to put his energy in the tours and travel business.
In a flyer seen by this publication, Balunywa has organised a trip under a brand dubbed JWB tours and travel.
The trip to Busowuko falls slated for April 13, 2024 will feature MC Enricho, MC Bravion and Juma Waswa Balunya.
