A doctor in Kabale Municipality on Monday evening received a patient, a female student of Kabale University who was complaining of stomach ache. This doctor, a one Dr Robert Tumuhimbise the owner of Kabale Surgery Clinic located in Kigongi, Kabale town, allegedly advised the student to lay down for an injection that would, according to his prescription, cure the stomach ache. Little did this student know that she was being injected a strange drug that would send her unconscious.
The 53-year-old doctor raped this 20-year-old unconscious student without remorse. The student would later gain consciousness late in the night outside the clinic with her pants off. She noticed blood on her thighs proving that indeed, this horny doctor had used her. The student reported the case to Kabale Central Police station and as we report this, he has been arrested under the file number CRB 3208/2015.
