Prossy Agarihaho Ruhambana was among the people who perished in a fatal motor accident that occurred on Saturday in Kiruhura district near Lyantonde as she was heading to Mbarara to see her sick mother who was admitted at Mbarara regional referral hospital.
She was among the graduands who are supposed to be graduating from Kampala University on 16th April 2020 but she has not been able to make it to that day. She was pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication on a weekend Program at Kampala University Masaka campus. She first did a diploma in the same course but because of her love for studies and her job, she decided to upgrade to a bachelors’ level but unfortunately, she has not been able to make it up to graduation.
Prossy has been working as a presenter of Lunch Hour Soulmate show at 99.7 Radio 5 in Rushere. Before joining radio 5, she used to be an accountant at 101.1 Mbabule FM.
She will be laid to rest tomorrow (Tuesday 04th February 2020) in Buremba Kazo, Kiruhura District. May her soul rest in Eternal Peace
