Just a few days after being named third best university in Africa, Makerere University Medical school has yet again been credited for producing first world-class doctors. In a post on Charles Obbo’s wall, Kenyan doctor,  Mwangi cited Makerere medical school  as the 4th best medical school in Africa.

“You are a fourth world medical power that produces first world doctors. Anyone who lectures at that medical school is a world-class doctor.”  He commented.

He however blamed the un-productivity of Ugandan doctors on Ugandans who have failed to put the government to task especially in public service.

This was all written as a comment following New Vision’s  story of successful Siamese twin separation in Kabale.
