Kampala International University (KIU) already kicked off semester one of the 2023/2024 Academic Year with new students (freshers) officially joining this month.
The university initially released an orientation programme that would accommodate the all freshers at once as shown below.
However, after further consideration, management has opted for a stratified format where the new students will be attended to in a staggered manner.
According to the latest schedule, Law, CEMS, and SOMAC students will have their sessions on September 7th, 2023 while students from the faculties of Education, Humanities, and Environment will be attended to o September 8th, 2023.
Important to note is that orientation on both dates will be commencing at 8:00 AM in the University Main Hall.
KIU has also informed the freshers that “attendance is mandatory.”
