The office of the academic registrar at Kyambogo University has called for appeals from students who applied for different academic programmes, but either missed out or had errors in the admissions list that were released starting July 14.
Kyambogo administration indicates that only those who had applied are eligible for the appeals process. That only means that those who hadn’t applied and hoped that they would submit the applications in this phase will, unfortunately, not be considered.
Students interested in submitting their appeals are advised to present the following;
- Formal Letter of appeal with reason(s) for plea
- admissions application form number
- O and A Levels index numbers
- Course initially applied for at Kyambogo
- Printed copy of application form
- O and A Levels results (slips) & copies
- Proof of application payments
Having the above requirements ready, students are instructed to submit their appeals to the office of the Academic Registrar, Admissions Division.
The institution notes that appeals deadline is clocking soon so, the earlier the better.
As you embark on the appeals process, beware of frausters who may disguise as staff. Appealing is strictly at the aforementioned office and free of charge.
