Kyambogo University has issued a detailed guide for fresh students admitted under the Direct Entry Scheme for the 2024/2025 academic year who wish to change their programme or study time.
To initiate the change, students are required to log onto the university’s student portal, select the service they wish to change, and submit the necessary documentation.
The process includes generating a payment reference number and paying the required fees—UGX 50,000 for a programme change and UGX 20,000 for a change in study time.
The deadline for submission of requests is Friday, August 16, 2024.
Students are advised to attach all required documents, including their admission letter and O-Level and A-Level results slips.
Important to note is that changes will only be considered if they meet the cut-off points for the new programme or study time.
