The Kyambogo University Students’ Electoral Commission (EC) has cleared ten students to run for the institution’s students’ guild presidential race.
They include Steven Kuteesa alias Rasta Version (Mechanical Engineering), Rodgers Kizza (Development Studies), Hussein Kaddu (Education), Moe Joseph Lokinomore (Social Work and Social Administration) and Andrew Mukama Bimanya (Science Technology).
Others are Nancy Mundu (Education), Ondre Apollo (Education), Julius Okello (Automotive and Power Engineering), Victor Irumba (Management Science) and Tusasiirwe Layola (Community Based Rehabilitation).
Kyambogo University students will go to the polls on March 27. The election of guild president, guild representative councilors [GRCS] and hall chair persons will take place on the same day.
