Kirabo Judith, a second year student at Kyambogo University was involved in a mortocycle accident yesterday evening at Kyaliwajala, Namugongo which claimed her life despite efforts to rush her to the nearest hospital for rescue.
It is claimed that the student, registered under the number 17/U/930/AED/PD and offering a Bachelor of Education (Majoring in History and Divinity) lost her life on her way home from campus. The accident resulted into a damage on the vital area of the skull thus resulting into internal bleeding.
The female student from the faculty of Arts and Social Sciences was almost completing her examinations with her last paper which was to be attempted on 8th May. She was also planning to go for her internship soon after break off for the holiday but this was never to happen according to fate.
As our reporter was filling this story, there was a requiem mass being held at Kakumba Chapel, Kyambogo University to pray for the soul of the deceased.
The burial of the late Kirabo Judith will take place in Ibanda District tomorrow. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
