Monday morning was a somber one for the Kyambogo University fraternity as disheartening news were received about the death of Ms Christine Agwang Angella a lecturer at the faculty of Special Needs and Rehabilitation. Ms Agwang died after having a still birth at Nsambya Hospital.
It has become a norm for people to comment RIP for the fallen ones but not for Namanya Rachael Kamugisha a KYU finalist awaiting graduation. Rachael is one of the students who underwent the Late Agwang’s mentorship. Rachael didn’t take her lecturer’s death with a light RIP comment like the rest but let her tears flow like a river in an fb post. Here is her touching message to Ms Agwang’s fallen soul
“I can’t believe u are gone….its too soon my favorite lecturer, my friend, my darling. I will forever remember u.. U fought a battle that was too hard. And now u go to be with the lord.. May the good lord forgive all your sins and may all the angels open their wings to receive u.. I will for ever miss you madam Agwang Christine Angella.. I remember talking to u joking about everything but now u are no more.. At least u wd wait to See Me graduate to see the fruits of your sweat.. REST IN PEACE DEAR..”
Miss Agwang’s burial is due to take place this afternoon at her ancestral home in Bukedea.
