KYAMBOGO STUDENTS VOW TO STRIKE OVER NELSON MANDELA’S DEATH

We don’t know if we should attribute their overwhelming urge to strike to larceny, love to appear in papers, Maalo or lack of course work to handle because our snoops have learnt that Kyambogo Students in the Mandela hall have promised to strike over Mandelas death.

The plans of these campus-bees still baffle the members of their administration as one of the leaders of the hall (name withheld) was heard fueling fellow Mandella hall dwellers in Kyambogo University to strike for Mandelas death.

They want the government of Uganda to bring Mandela back to life or else they will destroy the property of the Kyambogo based hostel. Others have vowed to fast for a full week so that God answers their prayers. They believe God can bring their hero back to life. However, the police has been alerted and is therefore on standby “in case any strike arises, they will batter the silly crap out of these students” a source who saw and overheard police talking about the strike intimated.

The Kyambogo Students on the other hand claim their strike is aimed at expressing love for Nelson Mandela, the deceased former president of South Africa who is famously known for fighting for the freedom of the citizens of South Africa.

The residents of the hall have even vowed not to step foot in the dining hall of the Mandela hostel because they feel it’s too bad to eat when the person who owns the name of the place where they lay to rest has been laid to rest in peace in south Africa and they have therefore vowed not to eat food for a full month in respect to his death.

“We won’t eat food for a full month because Mandela is the reason we have these comfy rooms and that dining place we so cherish and if we see any student at the dining hall, it will be a sign of betrayal so we will discipline him accordingly” said Farouk Mukalazi, a third year student of engineering at Kyambogo University.

This of course brings us to one question, who is affected if you don’t eat you bozo’s. That is weak swag and the advice from campus-bee editor is please concentrate on your studies because you need the food for concentration and hard work in class.

Please drop the strike and go back to studying hard, we need you tomorrow and would be at great loss if you died in any ruckus, be it starvation. Bless!!
