Kyambogo University has announced that admission letters for students on the National Merit Admission List for the 2025-2026 academic year are now ready for collection.
The university confirmed today that successful candidates can begin picking up their admission letters from the designated offices.
This development follows the university’s earlier announcement on April 23, 2025, when it released the National Merit Admission List featuring candidates admitted under the Government Sponsorship Scheme.
These students earned their places based on exceptional performance in the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) examinations, qualifying them for government-sponsored university education.
Students whose names appeared on the National Merit Admission List are advised to collect their admission letters promptly to proceed with the next stages of the enrollment process.
The admission letters contain important information about program details, reporting dates, and further instructions for successful registration at the university.
Government sponsorship provides these high-achieving students with the opportunity to pursue higher education with significantly reduced financial burden, as their tuition fees are covered under the national sponsorship program.
