Kyambogo University announces 12th graduation ceremony

The office of the academic registrar presents the provisional graduation list for the 12th graduation ceremony.

Kyambogo University would like to inform all students who satisfied the academic requirements of Kyambogo University towards the award of various Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates that the 12th Graduation Ceremony is scheduled to take place on 27th, 28th  and 29th January, 2016.

Please note that only students who have fulfilled the following requirements will be allowed to graduate during the 12th Graduation Ceremony;

i. Have successfully completed their academic programmes.
ii. Have been financially vetted and verified.

Please ensure that you

• go to your respective Faculties/Schools, and confirm the spelling of your name .
• go to Bursar’s Office at Kyambogo University to complete the verification exercise. The verification is ongoing and all graduands should have been financially verified by is” January, 2016.

Note that the verification exercise will end on is” January, 2016.
Any inconvenience caused is highly regretted.

The following are the fees for graduands who were admitted In

2013/2014 or after:

1. Graduation fee     100,000/=
2. Transcript fee       30,000/=
3. Certificate fee       30,000/=
4. Convocation fee   10,000/=

The following are the fees for graduands who were admitted

before 2013/2014:

1.  Graduation fee       100,000/=
2. Transcript fee          20,000/=
3. Ce rtificate fee          20,000/=
4. Convocation fee       10,000/=

Registration will take place in Room 11 Senate Office, Academic
Registrars Department from 18th January, 2016.
