As days near to Kyambogo University annual graduation ceremony, the University management has released a number of guidelines to be followed by the 2016/2017 graduates to be. The Banda located campus has passed through its bursar Evarist Bainomugisha to alert all students expected to graduate this year.
According to a statement released by Bainomugisha, all students who finished studies between 2016 and 2017 are expected to scan and send their original admission letters as well as bank slips before 30th November. Apparently, no student will be allowed to graduate without taking part in the ongoing verification exercise.
More information indicates that all students expected to graduate will pay a sum of 100,000 UGX as graduation fees. Meanwhile, the University administration insists that the verification deadline will not be extended for the late students.
This information comes following the recently released end of semester examination timetables as the exams are expected to kick off in two weeks time, Monday 20th September to be more specific.
