Kyambogo University has announced that admission letters for O and A level/direct scheme students for the academic year 2021/2022 are now available for picking at the Banda-based campus. Freshers are urged to pick the letters from their respective faculties.
The exercise kicked off on Monday 24th January and will continue until all freshers have their admission letters. The letters will serve as proof that indeed these new entrants are Kyambogo University students.
Meanwhile, the university recently opened a window to hear admission-related complaints after it was discovered that some new entrants were left out.
According to information from the Admissions Office, some of freshers were left out because their applications had errors pertaining to personal data such as index numbers, names, year of completion, and some systemic faults.
All those aggrieved by the admission lists in question and are within the cut-off points are urged to submit their appeals to the Admissions Office.
