In a letter dated 14th February 2022, the Kyambogo University Guild General Secretary, Kituuka Marvin has asked the Vice-Chancellor Prof Eli Katunguka Rwakishaya to address the growing concern amongst students regarding the missing marks.
According to Kituuka, students haven’t received marks for the previous semester while others haven’t seen marks for the second semester of the previous academic year. The missing marks saga has left many students worried sick about what could happen if they never get to see their marks.
“Marks for the second semester of the previous academic year engendered fears to students that as precipitous is in process, they are in suspense to know what to do, now that they’ve been patient throughout.” The letter reads in part.
Kituuka further urged the VC’s office to address the matter as soon as possible in a bid to calm down students who are already losing patience.
