Kyambogo University Opens Window to Hear Admission- Related Complaints

The Kyambogo University Students Guild Leadership, through its Office of the Prime Minister, has issued a communique intimating that in light of the recently released direct entry admission lists for the academic year 2021/2022, some new entrants were left out and the university is ready to hear any such appeals.

It has further been noted that according to the information from the Admissions Office, some of the new entrants were left because their applications had errors pertaining to personal data such as index numbers, names, year of completion, and some systemic faults.

All those aggrieved by the admission lists in question and are within the cut-off points, they are enjoined to lodge their appeals with the Admissions Office.

Such complaints must be accompanied by both ‘O’ & ‘A’ level Certificates, an application letter and proof of payment of application fees.
