Ongoida Emma who had just completed his final exams Fridag was involved in a car accident as he travelled to his home district in Amuria.
Emma was offering a Bachelors Degree of arts in education. He was a staunch Catholic and had a strong hold in the Kyambogo catholic fraternity.
The body of the deceased is currently at Nakatunya mortuary in Soroti. The date of the burial, time and place are yet to be communicated.
