It has come to our attention that the results portal for students at Kyambogo University has been unreachable for a period of time after the Academic Information Management System (AIMS) license reportedly expired.
Our reporter in contact with the institution’s digital platforms reliably informed Campus Bee that the circumstance of the portal down-time is being experienced on the web portals and it’s believed to have been in that state for some time. The license under which the university runs the students portal has “expired”, according to a student whose identity remains concealed.
“I’ve been trying to cross-check my account status on the portal today morning and I was frustrated only after seeing licence expirey feedback,” the frustrated student explained.
It’s evident, that any student who tries to access their results portal via the web receives a “license has expired” feedback on the internet search engines.
The administration is yet to make a communication on the matter.
