The sound of free tuition pulls both magnetic and non-magnetic souls. Here comes the girl-child campaign for the launch and distribution of Re-usable sanitary pads.
The event is slated for Saturday 17th November, 2018. It will take place at the East-end pitch of Kyambogo University, the time will be 7 am and it will slide through the hours to 3 pm.
There’s been word and debates on the use of re-usable sanitary pads. Some scientists and doctors do not think it is hygienic to use re-usable sanitary towels but more altruistic gates are willing to open up for the entry of the distribution of these sanitary pads because half a loaf is better than none.
Come watch female artistes like Rema Namakula Nalumansi and others. The chief guests for the event are Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga and Hon. Janet Kataha Museveni.
The activities of the day will run through a series of exciting sports such as long rillies, a cross country run around Kyambogo University led by the Chief Guests. You will be able to interest yourself in more activities such as 100 metre run and the ever- thrilling sack race. At this event will be DJ battles, entertainment and refreshments among the many goodies you should all expect.
Prior registration of names of people that desire to participate is ongoing just so inconveniences can be avoided on that very day. Carry your crew to Kyambogo.
