Kyambogo University will hold its 11th Graduation ceremony on Wednesday 07th January, Thursday 08th January and Friday 09th January, 2015 at the University Sports Grounds (East End). Graduands include all those students who successfully completed their study programmes during the 2013/2014 academic year as scheduled.
All graduands will be required to pay the following functional fees upon clearing all the Tuition fees for their respective programmes;

The above fees are payable to Eco Bank, Stanbic Bank and Crane Bank, upon getting a reference number from the ICT office located next to the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences block. Only students who will have cleared with the fees Verification Committee at the School of Management and Entrepreneurship will be allowed to graduate.
Invitation cards shall be ready for collection from the respective Faculty/School/Departments a week before the graduation dates.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AT THE GRADUATTION VENUE
Fire arms, Dangerous weapons (including sharp objects), Alcohol, Bottles, Mobile phones, Cameras (Video and still cameras), Large bags, Canned food and drinks, and Pocket radios.
