Kyambogo University kickstarted it’s 18th graduation ceremony today with a total of 12,080 graduands to be awarded with certificates, Diplomas, Masters, and Doctorates in the 3-day event.
One of the many highlights of day 1 is the best performer from the great institution.
Miss Zaitun Nakaddu has been recognized as the best student at Kyambogo University’s 18th Graduation. She succeeded with a CGPA of 4.83 while pursuing Business Administration from School of Management and Entrepreneurship.
Zaitun was among the 328 students that are graduating with First Class degrees. 189 of these are males and 139 females.
Her achievement was worth the recognition granted to her by the congregation amidst endless applauding.
Wednesday 7th December witnessed candidates from the Faculty of Special Needs & Rehabilitation as well as School of Management and Entrepreneurship.
The Vice Chancellor Eli Katunguka asked the graduands to continue to be the preferred candidates for employment in their respective sectors they are going to serve thereafter
The ceremony was also graced by Dr Muyingo, State Minister for Education in Charge of Higher Education who requested the University to prioritize research and position students for the changing trends in this world.
