The Law Development Centre (LDC) has confirmed that the 13th December 2019, will be the 47th graduation ceremony for the students of the academic year 2018/2019 at Binaisa Gardens.
“The Academic Registrar, LDC informs candidates who successfully completed the courses listed below that the 47th Graduation Ceremony will be held on 13th December, 2019 at 9 am at the Law Development Centre, Kampala” reads part of the press release that LDC has made available to the students via social media. The Academic Registrar of LDC is Everest Turyahikayo.
The courses listed includes the Post Graduate Bar Course, 2018/2019 academic year and previous years, Diploma in Law Course (Day and Evening), 2018/2019 academic year and previous years, and the Diploma in Human Rights, 2019 academic year and previous years.
According to the announcement, graduands on the Post Graduate Bar Course will be required to wear full professional attire, which will basically be a suit, white shirt or blouse, wing collar, flaps and a Lawyer’s gown where as the Diploma Graduands will be required to wear black gowns.
The fees payable to be able to graduate is shs. 400,000 as the graduation fee, which is inclusive of graduation (200,000/=), the diploma Certificate (100,000) and transcript (100,000/=).
The graduation fee is to be paid by 6th December, 2019 where after each graduand will collect an invitation card for two guests from the office of the Academic Registrar.
