In a moment of pride and accomplishment, Timothy Kadaga, son of Rebecca Kadaga, the First Deputy Prime Minister of Uganda and Minister for East African Community Affairs, has graduated from the Law Development Center’s (LDC) Kampala campus.
Today’s graduation ceremony marks a significant milestone for Kadaga and his fellow graduands as they embark on the next chapter of their professional journeys.
Timothy’s academic achievements are complemented by his impressive track record of leadership and service.
As the 22nd Guild President of Uganda Christian University (UCU) during the 2019-2020 academic year, he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to representing the interests of his fellow students.
Additionally, his role as the Speaker of the 4th Commonwealth Youth Parliament, Africa Region, from 2018 to 2019, further underscores his dedication to civic engagement and youth empowerment.
Timothy Kadaga’s dedication to excellence and his passion for public service align with the values espoused by his illustrious family, including his mother’s distinguished career as the Speaker Emeritus of the 9th and 10th Parliament of Uganda.
The graduation ceremony at LDC’s Kampala campus represents a culmination of years of hard work, sacrifice, and determination for Kadaga and his fellow graduands.
It is graduation season at the LDC with two of the three ceremonies already held at Mbarara and Kampala campuses. Lira campus will hold its own on April 26, 2024.
Congratulations to all!
