The Law Development Centre (LDC) has been hit with an examination leak. The paper, which was to have been done at 0900hours Thursday morning, was postponed because the authorities suspected that it had leaked and circulated in several students’ social media groups.
In an email message to students Thursday morning at 0812hours, which Campus Bee has seen, the Head of the Bar Course, Ms Anne Karungi informed the students that Thursday’s exam shall be conducted from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm and not 9:00 am – 1:00 pm as earlier indicated in the timetable.
Students began their examination on the 6th December 2021 and are due to complete the same on the 22nd day of December 2021. Passing the bar course is a mandatory requirement or one to be enrolled to practice as an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and courts subordinate or superior thereto.
The course is only offered at the Law Development Centre.
