A former salon turned vocational institute is an establishment of Late JB Mukajanga publicly known as Victory School of Beauty and Hospitality Management.
However, something seems to be totally off about the Nateete based institute. Students find a very hard time to express themselves in the queen’s language despite the number of blackboards they saw in their last academic levels.
This problem has forced one of the aspiring candidates for the seat of deputy speaker to include it in her manifesto. The student, identified as Violet Kibirige is currently pursuing a Diploma in Cosmology. Kibirige has repeatedly vowed to implement English teaching and speaking immediately she is voted into power. She has that uptown accent another reason she is seen as the institute’s last hope to overcome their lacking grammar.
Among other weird things at this institute include wearing uniforms in lecture sessions and most students have a high degree of High School Swag. You are not done being surprised yet, Kibirige is also campaigning to introduce morning prayers every morning and seems to have a lot of backup from students in the ongoing guild campaigns.
The majority of students at this institute are girls most probably because of the nature of courses offered.
It is coming to seven months since its founder Mukajanga died.
