A concerned source who stays at University Hall has informed Campusbee of alleged late night meetings between Ndaula Roy, the Electoral Commission Chairperson, and Bazil Mwotta, one of the leading candidates for the 2016/2017 Makerere University guild presidential race.
According to the source who preferred anonymity for obvious reasons, the duo have been sighted on three different occasions entering a certain room on Q block, University Hall, said to be inhabited by a one Kiryowa Dennis
The two have allegedly held ‘discussions’ beyond 10pm on the ocassions they have met, with the latest meeting said to have occurred sometime last week although Campusbee could not independently verify the veracity of these allegations.
Efforts to reach out to Bazil were futile as he was reportedly leading a procession of his supporters on the campaign trail.
Campusbee continues to conduct it’s own investigations to get to the root of the matter.
