MAK rapist lecturer has been resent to do more teaching at the University of Understanding (Luzira Prison). The 58 year old Professor Christopher Bakuneta is being accused of Raping a student (equivalent to his grand child) at the College of Natural sciences.
He has been remanded back to Luzira after State Prosecutor Flavia Birungi ordered Moses Baligeya the Law Development Center Court Grade one magistrate to adjourn the hearing since investigations are still going on.
The MAK Don went into custody after Versha Ntegeka a student who was cribbing in his garage accused him of finding his way into her skirts forcefully. This same issue instigated a strike at the University as students demanded the University Council to hand him over to them so they can do justice for their fellow student.
The MAK Don is thus to spend more days enjoying the posho at Luzira as the court digs deeper into the matter.
