Julia Muhumuza (Ms) emerged as the best student from Makerere University Business School (MUBS) at Makerere University’s 72nd graduation with a CGPA of 4.91.
Julia pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and will, according to MUBS principal Professor Waswa Balunywa, get herself a job at the Nakawa based institution.
Professor Balunywa said that due to her outstanding performance, Julia Muhumuza will be retained at Makerere University Business School.
Julia Muhumuza was honoured by Makerere University Convocation for being the best student in Humanities and awarded a cash prize of one million Uganda shillings.
Julia Muhumuza is a former guild aspirant at MUBS and currently serving as the Vice president Uganda National Students Association (UNSA).
Ms Julia has always staged an outstanding performance throughout her academic journey. As a student at Mengo Senior School, she always topped her class throughout.
It therefore comes as no surprise that she emerged the best student in Humanities during Makerere’s 72nd graduation.
For a seventh time in a row, Makerere University Business School has presented the best student in Humanities.
Makerere University’s 72nd graduation commenced on Monday May 23rd, 2022 and today, Thursday May 26th, 2022, students from MUBS were conferred with degrees in their respective disciplines of study.
