A prospective Makerere University 72nd graduand has taken to Twitter to show his gratitude.
From laying bricks for tuition to a doctor, Dr. Ronald Olum will be graduating with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees from
Makerere University on May 23rd, 2022.
He says his is a “story behind this journey that began in 2003” He hopes to write a book about his journey. Makerere 72nd Graduation
According to the university’s academic calendar for the academic year 2021/2022, the 72nd graduation ceremony will run for 5 days from Monday 23rd – Friday 27TH May 2022.
The graduation will see thousands of students walk away with degrees and diplomas in their respective courses.
This year’s graduands will finally celebrate after the learning difficulties they faced amid the COVID-19 Pandemic.
