The office of Academic Registrar at Makerere University has unveiled the dates for the next (74th) graduation ceremony through an academic calendar 2023/2024 shared Thursday.
The 74th Graduation will take place from 8 January 2024 – 12 January 2024 at the Freedom Square, Makerere University.
Meanwhile, in the same notice, the institution re-iterated the reporting and orientation dates for this year’s freshers happening from 19th August 2023 for a week.
The next academic year will run from 26th August 2023 to 12th May 2024 with a recess term that will follow for 2 months i.e. 12th May 2024 – 20th July 2024.
The Academic registrar notes that teaching in the next academic year will be mixed ODeL (Open distance and e-learning) /Blended/Physical/Online.
