Nkamuhabwa John,a first year student pursuing a bachelors of Statistics degree has died. He died on Saturday, 25th January, 2020. John was attached to the University Hall.
The University is securing a coffin and transportation of the body to his home village, Rushere, Kyabagyenyi village,in Kiruhura district where he will be laid to rest. He will be buried tomorrow on Tuesday, 28th January, 2020 at 1pm.
Not much has been disclosed yet about his cause of death but we will keep you posted in case any developments come by.
The deceased was an old boy of Ntare School and their university chapter has been grieving the loss ever since he passed on.
“He joined Ntare School in 2013, served as an active member of Scripture Union, Debate Club and was the New House junior house captain among other positions. We have lost a fighter. Rest in peace champ. Till we meet again.” His old boys said in a statement.
The University will make the burial arrangements and a few students are expected to travel. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
