Kateregga Julius was released from the safe house this afternoon where had been detained since last week after having a talk show on NBS TV in the morning.

Today he was released and he had to address the students fraternity in the general assembly but he was arrested as he was trying to get to the freedom square where had to address the students and was taken by police to an unknown destination.
His whereabouts are not known up to now.
