It is yet another cause for celebration at Makerere University with news of a global recognition towards one of the lecturers.
Associate Professor at Makerere School of Law Dr. Winifred Tarinyeba Kiryabwire has been appointed Board Member of the International Insolvency Institute.
International Insolvency Institute is a global membership of leading professionals, scholars and judges with expertise in international insolvency law and practice to improve law and practice related to domestic and international insolvencies and restructurings in order to promote economic wellbeing, investment and the efficient administration of justice.
The development was shared by several departments at Makerere while congratulating their own.
Dr. Winifred Tarinyeba as well serves as the chairperson of DFCU Bank Uganda. She was recently appointed to the board of Directors of MTN Uganda.
