School of Law at Makerere University has informed its February 2023 graduates that transcripts are ready for collection.
Legal scholars that graduated during this year’s 73rd graduation ceremony will be able to access their documents with immediate effect following the communique by the department.
Over the years, Makerere University graduates have often complained about the delayed issuance of the academic documents which at times impedes their chances in the employment world.
Makerere University management has in the recent months responded with mitigation measures to such delays with a public fair on transcripts and certificates where thousands of alumni had the chance to make amends.
Other measures include shortening the clearance process and availing procedures to replace lost or missing transcripts.
