Senior six leavers and other prospective students are preparing to start their studies at Makerere University in August this year following the release of admission lists for both private and government sponsorship.
For private sponsored students (and parents), it’s always a moment of contemplation of what their academic journey will cost.
The cost includes, hostel/renting bills, tuition/functional fees, internship and other expenditures that come with the duration of study at University.
Makerere (Mak) and MUBS (Makerere University Business School) have steered online mechanisms of payments such as ACMIS which receive cash from either bank or mobile through a reference number.
