Students awaiting admission at the prestigious Makerere University and its affiliate, Makerere University Business School (MUBS – Nakawa) will get a sigh of relief after the university confirmed the lists are to be outed next week, Campus Bee reports.
According to the information from Kato Paul, Makerere University’s guild president, the report about private admissions for the 2017/18 academic year has been adopted in a meeting with the admissions board and ‘will be ready for the public next week.’
“A few computations remain to be done and the list will be ready and put to the public next week.
This will be followed by issuing of admission letters as these new students will be preparing to report on Saturday 12th, August 2017.” – Kato paul posted on his timeline Friday evening.
This comes after several complaints about the delay of admission lists that have been raised by both the expectant students and the public.
We shall keep you posted.
