Ayebare Restytuta has been crowned miss tourism Ankole region in the 2023 miss tourism regional pageant.
The former GRC representative of Games Union at Makerere University was crowned Miss Tourism Ankole in the regional grand finale held at Las Vegas Hotel in Mbarara on Saturday.
Prior becoming the region’s tourism queen, she was voted Miss popularity Ankole Miss Tourism pageant.
Kulabako Sharidah emerged first runner up with Ainomujuni Hopkins as second runner up.
Ayebare will represent Ankole region at the miss tourism grand finale on September 9th at Kampala Serena hotel.
This year’s Miss Tourism Beauty Pageant will run under the theme “Greening Tourism”.
The Miss Tourism crown is currently being worn by Sydney Nabulya, the Buganda beauty queen who emerged overall winner Miss Tourism 2022.
