A Bachelor of dental surgery student at Makerere University’s College of Health Sciences – Mr Augustine Ssekajugo has gone missing, for over a week, Campus Bee has learned.
It is said, Mr Sekajugo was last seen on May 2 at around 1 PM at his rented room.

His friends got concerned when this student didn’t appear to class after a couple of days, even after he had told a neighbor that he was going to attend lectures, on the day of his last appearance.
“I waited for him to return but he didnt. I decided to call on his phones but they were ringing from inside his room. I thought he would return maybe the next morning but up to now he is nowhere and we can’t reach him,” one of the neighbors told Police.
According to Makerere Security Chief, Senior Superintendent of Police- SSP Cyrus Omara, they (police) have since kicked off the search for the missing student. However, the search has only been an uphill task since the student in question left his mobile phones in his room.
Anyone with information leading to the missing person is encouraged to contact the nearest police, or University administration.
